“This work is an exploration of the varying levels of compassion mankind has for the animal kingdom. The photographs play out constructed stories of the ways in which an animal’s body is disposed of once it has passed away. The two photographs in the series contrast each other, one being a display of sentimentality and the other an account of blatant disregard.”
